Look at the number of days the invoice is for - 22 days. How did they know we needed DA BAGS for 22 days four days into the billing period?
Next is an email from Veronica Fraser of U.S. Flood to Donna Toups, Ray Cheramie's assistant. The date of the email - Sept. 27, 2005. The subject is the invoices attached to the email.
Finally, we give you the now legendary "Jim Steele email" wherein FEMA questions the reasonableness of the cost of DA BAGS
We could have gotten them for 1/10 the U.S. Flood price had we shopped around!?!? "...superior product in both material and function." (Scratch head here.)

What is SAD is you have shown the invoices,that should be proof enough...But parish entity legally does nothing...kinda like the Warren Commission,Huh???Just not enough evidence to convict???? I guess they want more proof of wrong doing in this parish.Oh well,I guess they really are CHARORGE NESS & the UNTOUCHABLES!
