Apparently, Consistency Ain't His Strong Suit
NOGO (that's Phillip Gouaux for you newbies) called into KLRZ's Talk On The Bayou show today. He felt compelled to defend his criticism of the Library Board. He said part of his problem with the Library Board is that he hasn't yet been shown any long range planning, no 5 year plan, by them. That if they "came forth" (NOGO's signature over-used phrase that, to my ears, is like running your finger nails down one of those old chalk boards) with a plan, his needs would be satisfied.
But, NOGO, have you seen Charlotte Randolph's Adminstration's long range plan for drainage? What about her 5 year plan for drainage maintenance? Building maintenance? The legendary "Master Plan" we heard so much about her first six months in office? Has she "come forth" with any of these? No, because they are nonexistent. Why does this not trouble you, NOGO?
By the way, need any more ink pens? And another thing, modern veterinary medicine provides successful treatment for the chronic hoof in mouth condition from which you suffer.

Phillip has got to GO. He has been the administration lackey for too long. He apparently can't digest things on his own. Phillip's heart has been in the right place but he has not come forth as a leader the people of District 7 have hoped for.
Excellent points and well stated, Terminus. However, unless a serious contender emerges, NOGO will be easily reelected. Look at all the stuff Charlotte and Ray have done for their district, which NOGO can take credit for. NOGO, may have no self-respect for himself in the conventional sense, but he has figured out that being every Parish President's house whore pays off.

And furthermore, Terminus, did you use NOGO's signature phrase "come forth" intentionally as a way to irritate me or just by happenstance?
