Those Sneaky Little Bastards!

The Lafourche Parish School Board is trying to sneak a tax by you by placing it on a July ballot. Call or email your school board member and ask him or her, politely, to place it on the Fall ballot.

Here's what I wrote:
"Al,
Placing a tax proposal on a July ballot makes it seem like the School Board distrusts the Public to do the right thing. Please vote to place the Phase III tax on a Fall Ballot.
I don't need a response.
