Carl Chauvin Running For Terrebonne Council!?!?

That's Carl J. Chauvin of Chauvin, Louisiana, not Carl A. Chauvin of Golden Meadow, Louisiana. And he is a lot nicer guy than me. He is a former member of the Terrebonne Council and is well liked, as I understand, in lower Terrebonne. Apparently, redistricting hurt him, but he is going to take another wack at it.
