Willie got popped with a bunch of other old geezers when his tour bus was stopped in Lafayette. The State Police found 1 1/2 lbs. of pot and 0.2 pounds of "narcotic mushrooms" on the bus.

Well, Old Willie just had one bag in his truck.Not five hundred.And Willie's bag didn't cost us $5.3 million.
If he would've had $5.3 million of anything illegal or $1 in his bus and come through here....all he has to say is I'm a Lafourche Parish Council Government employee Department head and......it would be forgotten!!!! We need Willie to come on down to Valentine for the COW CONDOM celebration. He might be willing to hold a"BLADDER AID" concert.Proceeds from the concert could be used against the U S FLOOD CONTROL invoices. We could pay Willie with grass...uh hay, hay, that is. There was a lot of it kept dry last year at this time,by sandbags...
