If You've Got Something To Say, Say It!
As you no doubt can tell from how little I have posted in the last two or so months, I have lost much of my passion for this thing. You, however, apparently, have not, if your comments, phone calls and public chats with me are any indication. I encourage you, in the strongest terms, to either start your own blog or play a more active role in the Comet forums and/or TerrebonneUnderground forums. Those are some great avenues for you to unleash all that pent-up anger or frustration with "the system" or to simply express your opinion or bring information to the Public. You can stay anonymous in the forums. Just make up some goofy name if you don't want your identity known.
If you feel you would embarrass yourself because you don't believe you can write as well as some of us, FORGET ABOUT DAT. Everybody can write. What you have to say is important. Just say it! However, be responsible. Don't say so and so is a homo unless you are prepared to prove it in court. Although, the 1st Amendment allows us to say alot of nasty stuff about public officials or those who have "thrust" themselves into public issues, it has its limits - you can't lie. Furthermore, if you consistently go off half-cocked, you lose your credibility.
Anyhow, EXPRESS YOURSELF!
