Where ya been? Back then, prior to the Coalition engaging in Desert Storm, the reasoning and condition given to the U.N. for the War Resolution was almost Unanimous -- that after liberating Kuwait we would not go into and take-over Baghdad -- BECAUSE the void would lead to: a Civil War and/or Iran moving in and taking over, i/o/words: a "quagmire". This was simply a (re-)statement of HISTORY, of the obvious. No "Revelation" here!
