DA BAGS Lawsuit Update
TPRTK has obtained a copy of the Petition in Dora A. Boudreaux, as Trustee of the Alzec J. Autin Revocable Living Trust, vs. U.S. Flood Control Corp, Docket # 106370, 17th Judicial District Court, Lafourche Parish. The Petition alleges that the defendants, U.S. Flood, came on her property without permission and stored "bladders" "which were to be placed on the South Lafourche Levee located in the Tenth Ward". It goes on to allege that "in trespassing upon petitioner's property and converting same to its commercial use, there was extensive damage to petitioner's property." The petition claims Ms. Boudreaux suffered "destruction of her property by removing land and trees" and "illegally excavating and creating conditions which will necessitate the use of bulldozers and land fill". The Petition concludes that "because of this, it will be necessary for the petitioner to have the property reconstructed in order to put the property back in its same condition prior to the illegal conduct by the defendants."

Ms. Boudreaux is represented by the well-respected 10th Ward attorney L.G. LaPlante, Jr.

WHERE DID "THESE" BAGS COME FROM?

WHEN WERE THEY PLACED ON THE PROPERTY IN DISPUTE?

THESE APPARENTLY WERE NOT THE "BAGS THAT SAVED LOCKPORT"OR WERE THEY?(SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL CHRIS BOUDREAUX THE COUNT DOESN'T MATCH ON THESE EITHER)

WHERE WERE THESE BAGS GOING?

IF THEY INDEED WERE GOING TO A SOUTH LAFOURCHE LEVEE ,DOES ANY BODY KNOW WHO ORDERED, OR WAS GOING TO ORDER,THESE AND OF COURSE,,,THE PRICE????

IF THEY WERE THERE JUST FOR RECERTIFICATION, WHY WOULD MR. "V" SET UP A TESTING AND REPACKAGING AREA IN A RATHER REMOTE, CONCEALED, LOCATION.

FOR A MAN OF MEANS, (LIKE MR. "V")WHY COULDN'T HE HAVE PAID THESE PEOPLE SOME SORT OF RENTAL INSTEAD OF TRESPASSING? HE SURE CHARGES A HEFTY PRICE FOR HIS BAGS!

Are these the same bags from Katrina?
If they were placed on her land without her permission, couldn't she have kept them until a settlement was reached?
Who decided on using her property for storing them?
