DA BAG Criminal Prosecution
The Lafourche Parish Clerk of Court Criminal Division informs TPRTK that Toby Champagne, an employee of U.S. Flood Control, Inc., will be arraigned on a charge of criminal trespass this morning in Division "E", Judge F. Hugh "Buddy" Larose. This incident was revealed here earlier this year with photos. A landowner complained Mr. Champagne was storing some BAGS on her property without her authority.
