Informed sources tell TPRTK that, on separate occasions within the last two weeks, Parish Administrator Cullen Curole and DPW Chief Ray Cheramie have met with, at least, the Lockport field office personnel and advised them to keep their mouths' shut. OOPS! I guess by the information contained in the first sentence above getting out, the gag order ain't working.
