Ray, Wreck and Public Drinking
Councilman Tommy Lasseigne has added a resolution to the agenda for Tuesday's Council meeting recommending Charlotte requests Mr. Ray Cheramie's resignation as Public Works Director of Lafourche Parish.

Also on the agenda is a resolution sponsored by Councilman Daniel Lorraine requesting a DA's opinion on whether the Council approving the payment of damages in George's wreck was legal.

Additionally, Councilman Mark Atzenhoffer has placed a proposed ordinance on the agenda to prohibit public consumption of alcohol.

(Let's see how consistent Mark will be. He's OK with Charlotte and Ray misusing their positions, but wants to prohibit us from drinking a cool beer in our yard after work or at a Mardi Gras parade.)
