Follow-up to Charlotte's Super-Secret Meeting
This is how Cullen Curole, Parish Administrator, characterized the meeting in a letter to me dated April 6, 2006:"...although friends and a few elected officials did discuss revenue and funding for levee and drainage projects..."

This was contained in Cullen's response to one of my latest public records requests, this time for copies of the documents Charlotte carried into the meeting. Yes, those are public records, even if they were hand-written notes. Copy please.
