SL Gets Piece Of The Hornets
Sout' Lafourche Business Titan Gary Chouest and his family have acquired a 25% interest in the New Orleans Hornet National Basketball Association team, inside sources tell TPRTK.

Rumor has it Gary is pushing to change the name of the team to the New Orleans/South Lafourche Hornets. No games have yet been announced at South Lafourche gym. Stay tuned for further developments.

Further, rumors that Gary has offered $5.3 million for a 30 day rental of this blog are of speculative veracity.

I offered the Hornets $1000.00 for 10% but they turned it down. So I guess I may put $1500.00 on the table to buy the Saints.

25% interest in a Losing team like the Hornets. What a waste of money by this company.

I think people like this investing in a useless thing like the Hornets could do better with their money.

Oh my they could of bought some orange water dogs for their parish.

It's obvious that you don't follow basketball and overly obvious that you don't follow the Chouest companies and it's even more obvious that you should worry about how our government is spending "our" money and not what Gary Chouest is doing with "his" money.
I don't have very much money, if I actually have any, but it always amazes me how "other" people always know how "you" should be spending your money.
And that would be 25% of a playoff contender and have you ever seen the value of a proffessional sports team go down, not in recent history.
