It's the one year aniversary of the HURRICANE RITA EMERGENCY DECLARATION!I have been told MR.PAUL VICKERS was playing golf yesterday in the area for a fund raiser.Does this mean Lockport is being prepared to FLOOD again soon??? Shouldn't the misadmistration be calling him in for a meeting to tell him where he can SHOVE his $5.3 million bills from last year's fiasco!!!

I'll give you an opinion about Mr. Gouax. He will be a No-Go in office come election time. He has done nothing to help get to the bottom of things and my pappy always told me if your not part of the solution then your part of the problem.

On the other matter of the accident,why is the council or councilmen SCARED to investigate the wreck??? They are showing the public that they can't handle him(the prez's spouse) or THEY ARE TERRIFIED OF HIM(lol).

I like that opinion!This supports the A G opinion and the President's position.
NOW,let's be consistant and apply the same position to the outfall canal(ditches) that were done at public cost for private benifit.
Some of these(done under ilegal one time right of ways ) come up at the next council meeting to be approved AFTER THE FACT as ordinances.
Will the council sweep them under the rug?
Will the President change her tune?

P.S.Charlotte:...Ray:...Houses along LA 1 with culverts under the highway,draining their water into Bayou Lafourche do not need "outfall canals" 7680 ft. long dug to the 40 arpent canal reservoir for "drainage".

Ya'll,it's getting closer to Lafourche!A Franklin city employee is accused of taking $60,000.00 in public funds and was booked with felony theft.The Asst.DA showed in an investigation funds were transfered from one account to another to cover up shortages.Oh,my my, it is getting closer and closer to us!!!!
