A Tarpon for NO Mayor?!?!
I ain't necessarily endorsing Virginia Boulet for Mayor of New Orleans, but wouldn't that be a riot? A Tarpon as NO Mayor.
All you NO readers, all I can tell you is that she comes from some real good people. They're all geniuses, except for her brother Irwin, but, then, maybe he was just lacksadaisical. They are real humble and industrious. They aren't particularly materialistic. At least three of them went to Ivy League schools on scholarship, i.e. they earned their way.
I think Virginia was still at South Lafourche when I started, I could be wrong. (Correction: Virginia graduated May '71. I started August '71.) I know there were at least two Boulets attending while I was there.
