The Comet has an article in today's edition about Toby Champagne's arraignment on two counts of forgery and one count criminal trespass "stemming from (U.S. Flood Control’s) storage of" DA BAGS on property in Galliano. The Terrebonne Parish DA's office is handling the prosecution since Cam recused himself in March.
