I am in receipt of your three most recent lovely and interesting anonymous screeds. However, the one I find the most interesting, you know, the insurance fraud/detox one, I can't use without more information. Was it a private employer in the community for whom X & Y are not employees who placed X & Y on the policy? Could you give us a time frame? What was the facility? Did X & Y actually obtain services from the facility? When? What is the name of the insurance company?
Update: More questions. Was the facility in Dallas or Virginia? If X & Y obtained treatment, how long was the stay in the facility? Was it within the last 12 months?
