They Wouldn't Vote For Her Again
I placed a poll in the Daily Comet Forums on March 4, 2007 asking the question "If the election for Lafourche Parish President were held today, would you vote to reelect Charlotte Randolph?" Here are the results up to now:
13 (38%) Yes
21 (62%) No
On March 28, 2007, I placed another poll, this time with named opposition. 42 votes were cast. The question: "If the election for Parish President were held today, for whom would you vote?"
7 (17%) Donald Ayo
3 (7%) Matthew Block
3 (7%) Woody Falgoust
8 (19%) Tommy Lasseigne
16 (38%) Charlotte Randolph
5 (12%) None of the above
The interesting thing both unscientific polls shared is that the same percentages of participants cast votes against Charlotte Randolph serving another term - 62%. Ironically, that is a reversal of the exact percentage by which she defeated Buzz Breaux in November, 2003.

LET'S SAVE "THAT" MONEY, USE "LESS" MONEY AND QUALIFY 6 (SIX} BUSINESS & PROFFESIONAL PEOPLE FOR THE PARISH PRESIDENT'S RACE....SIMPLY FOR THE DEBATES!!! POLL THAT!!
I beg to differ that 42 people does not make a poll....in 60% of the boxes this past election less than 42 people voted in some boxes and some had "0" votes in them.At least it's a feeler of whats out there,FOR SURE NOT HER....CHECK CHACKBAY & THE 10th WARD!!!A GONE PECAN!!!
Amongst the many things George and Charlotte don't get is that many of the people smiling in their faces are laughing behind their backs.
And,the VOTES, few as they may be still come in for CHAUVIN.
Hell,I wouldn't vote for her again either!
