Generator Mania!
I spoke to a Councilman today who received 16 phone calls Saturday from constituents irate over Ray Cheramie handing out the generators to members of his extended family. The poor guy had not read the Friday Comet article revealing the outrage, so he was blind-sided and a bit confused. He told me he is ready to vote. Your job is to guess which way.
Another Councilman tells me that Mr. Cheramie reminded the Councilman of "all the things" Mr. Cheramie "had done for" the Councilman. Wow! Is that subtle enough persuasion? What is it about PUBLIC SERVICE that Mr. Cheramie doesn't understand?
